OFF/SET combines signature Slow Resistance Training (SRT) with recovery-focused amenities, immersive lighting, and a boutique atmosphere unlike anything else in the area. It isn't about doing more. It's about doing every movement better.

  • Our anticipated opening date (subject to change) is Fall 2026.

  • Right now, we are planning to offer classes as early as 5:30am and as late as 8pm. This is subject to change, be sure to follow our Instagram page - @offset.pilates - for updates!

  • Our instructors will all be certified by a master SRT (slow resistance training) trainer. This technique is high-resistance, and is for strength training and sculpting. The pace is faster than traditional reformer pilates and the focus is more on raw strength and muscular endurance.

  • Absolutely. Our trainers will be able to modify any of our movements to accommodate both new and experienced customers.

  • We will offer drop-in classes as well as several plans you can choose from based on your goals and availability.

  • We will offer everything from drop-in rates, monthly memberships, annual memberships, and class upgrades.
